At Trixt Innovations Limited, our clients and customers satisfaction are our utmost priority, as a result we accept return and refund on items sold, if the return and refund.
Conditions are met.
Acceptable Returns:

Brand new items.

Items that are not on sales or promotion.

Items under OEM warranty can be returned.

Defective item(s) caused by shipping.

Factory defective items.
Acceptable conditions

An unopen item can be return.

Items to be returned must be with the undamaged ORIGINAL packaging.

Opened and tested item can be returned as long it is not damaged by the user.

Item(s) that have not been disassembled or repaired by a technician.

Within Seven (7) days from the delivery date.
Available refunds
In circumstances where you consider that a product is to be returned, you should promptly contact us first at sales@trixtinnovations.com with details of the product and the reason for the return.
Item(s) to be returned should be sent to the Head Office: Trixt Innovations Limited, No.10, Street A, Eliminigwe Estate Phase 1, Elelenwo, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Nigeria. Returned item(s) will be fully examined by an expert, thereafter the company shall contact the customer within a reasonable time to schedule a refund or a replacement.
TAKE NOTICE that upon examination of the returned product, where the item(s) meet the required standard, the following outcomes are possible:

Replacement with same product if it is available.

Replacement with similar product if the previously bought product is no longer available.

Full refund or partial refund can be granted.

No refund, exchange, or replacement.

Return processing does not attract additional fees.
Logistics

Return item(s) should be sent to the Head Office: Trixt Innovations Limited, No.10, Street A, Eliminigwe Estate Phase 1, Elelenwo, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Nigeria.

The customer shall be responsible for shipping cost of the return goods and the replaced item(s).

On the course of returning the item, we are not responsible for any damage or losses that may occur.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Communications

To initiate a refund process, customers are to send an email to sales@trixtinnovations.com with proof of purchase to wit; purchase receipt, order number, pictures and videos of items(s) bought.
Important Information
TAKE NOTICE that refunds does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returned item(s) must be prepaid and insured by the customer. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. The company does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
